When the body is out of sync, it often requires clearer guidance. Biofeedback and frequency-based support send signals back to the body, allowing balance and harmony to naturally return.

I was first introduced to frequency-based healing over 35 years ago, and it left a profound impression on me. I distinctly remember how clear and grounded it felt, and how it just made sense in my body.

For many years after that, I actively sought it out again, yet nothing quite matched that transformative experience. During this time, I was deeply committed to training my nervous system and mind, and I learned exactly what regulation, presence, and inner stability feel like from within.

Over time, I became adept at listening more deeply. Not just to words, but to the truths that lie beneath them. I listen as much from the heart as I do from the mind, and this kind of listening profoundly shapes my work and interactions with people. It creates a space for the body’s truth to emerge in its own authentic way, free from pressure or interpretation.

About six years ago, I returned to this kind of work, and it felt strikingly familiar, as if I had been preparing for it all along without even realizing it.

Love To Change My Health emerged from my extensive relationship with frequency, biofeedback, nervous system awareness, and heart-led presence. Today, I empower individuals with tools that reflect vital information back into their bodies, fostering awareness and balance while engaging with the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself.

You don’t have to worry about distance with frequency and biofeedback sessions. Remote sessions give you the same care and support as meeting in person, and many clients find they feel calm, notice subtle shifts in awareness, or have a deeper relaxation in their nervous system during and after virtual sessions.

Whether you’re attending in-person or remote, the sessions are all about being present, paying attention, and getting personalized feedback. In-person sessions come with shared space, but remote ones let you be in your own comfy spot, which can help you relax even more.
